How Much is Not Operating at Your Full Potential Costing You?

Only 2% of people are estimated to operate at their full potential—as the best version of themselves. That means 98% of people, potentially including you, are experiencing things like:

I know, because I spent years feeling that way, too.

I believe everyone should be entitled to live their best life. Unfortunately, most people don’t know how to close the gap between their current and best self so that they can become all they’re capable of being.

I created the Peak Performance Program to show you how.

It’s based on over 25 years of cutting-edge research and world-class work experience. Unlike many courses and books on this topic which focus on theory, we’re going to cover research-based, practical, and easy-to-use frameworks and tools to actually implement change in your life.

This program is not about being perfect – it’s about making real progress toward your goals.

By the end of the program, if you’ve put in the work and completed the exercises along the way, you will see tangible impacts in a number of areas:

Program Curriculum

In this first module, we’ll discuss the idea of reaching our full potential and the mindset shifts needed to make progress toward this goal. We’ll use the framing of peak performance throughout the course to help you take tangible action toward your goals.

To set the foundation for the rest of the course, we’ll be talking about some of the most common traps we run into as humans—like procrastination—as well as the keys to overcoming these challenges. Finally, we’ll dig into the 3 domains of your life to focus on during your journey: your health, wealth, and relationships and the mindset shifts needed to reach your goals.

Goals:

  • Discuss the idea of our universal purpose—to reach our full potential—and how we can use the peak performance framework to get there

  • Identify the 5 most common peak performance traps and the 3 keys to reaching peak performance (IPA)

  • Discuss the 3 domains that make up a fulfilled life

  • Identify the mindset shifts we need to prepare for our journey toward peak performance

In this module, we’re going to be looking at what really drives our behavior. We’ll discuss the interplay between identity and habit formation, then dig into the three domains we touched on in Module 1: your health, wealth, and relationships. We’ll be brainstorming who we want to be and how we want to show up in each of those domains so we have a clear idea of how to move toward our full potential.

Unlike some resources that say that change will take a long time, we want you to take away the idea that change is possible and that you can start making changes right away by making a decision about your identity. You don’t need to be perfect, but you can start taking action right now.

Finally, we’ll look at some practical and tangible ways to ensure we’re showing up how we want to be showing up in our daily life, including the three alarms method, a dedicated morning routine, and champion proofs: the specific ways we will implement our chosen identities in a given day.

Goals:

  • Describe the power of and relationship between identity and habit
  • Build your dream team–set identities and values for how you want to show up in each of the three domains: health, wealth, and relationships
  • Use proven strategies like champion proofs to transform your new identities into specific daily actions
  • Set up three alarms to incorporate your new identities into your daily routine

In the next two modules, we’ll be talking about productivity. The first tackles planning and the second module will cover execution.

At its core, productivity requires a concrete plan of action – doing the right things in the most efficient amount of time. Without a plan and goals, we can end up spinning our wheels, procrastinating, and hitting the end of the day feeling like we haven’t accomplished anything we set out to do.

We’re going to be talking about how to create as many ‘winning days’ as possible to build toward a habit of getting back on track, even when we have a bad day. We’ll be covering the idea of creating structure through the Olympic Days framework: having specific morning, workday, and evening routines. Finally, we’ll look at the concept of magnetic goals and create our own, including plans for how to make our goal more likely to happen.

Goals:

  • Discuss the idea of winning days and how to create the habit of staying on track with our plans
  • Create an Olympic Day routine, including specific actions you’ll take during your evening, morning, and workday routines
  • Draft one or more magnetic goals to inspire progress on both a daily and 90-day basis

In the last module, we looked at how to plan your day to maximize your productivity. Now, we’re going to focus on optimizing for action–in other words, improving how you execute, including how to stay focused on the right things, build better habits, and minimize distraction. We’ll also look at how to create a strong sense of personal accountability through measurement.

We’ll be looking at frameworks like the 80/20 rule (also known as the Pareto principle) to understand how time and results are often disproportionately related and how this rule can help us overcome the tendency toward perfectionism. We’ll also be driving focus through the idea of ‘single-tasking’ in a world that seems to glorify multitasking. We’ll dig deeper into the idea of energy management instead of time management and discuss the science behind building better habits.

Finally, we’ll look at how to measure our progress. We’ll track our goals, habits, and behaviors to drive accountability to our best selves, including the ‘win or learn’ game and our 4 power questions to review our progress.

Goals:

  • Create more focus on the right goals and actions using the 80/20 rule and the idea of single-tasking
  • Manage your energy to drive progress according to your natural rhythms
  • Form good habits that will move you toward your goals with habit loops
  • Create personal accountability by reviewing your progress and tracking your goals, habits, and behaviors

Antifragility is a new perspective on stress. It means we can become the opposite of fragile, so the more stress and hardship we experience, the stronger and more confident we become. This differs from the common conversation around being resilient to stress. We’re not just going to be resilient—we’re going to become stronger.

Developing an antifragile mindset will help us overcome the unexpected challenges we’re going to face on our journey toward becoming our best self and remain grounded when things don’t go to plan.

We’ll kick off by discussing Carol Dweck’s growth vs. fixed mindsets and the idea of taking a pro mindset toward what you need to get done. We’ll also be taking control over how we respond to setbacks and fear through the power of the ‘pause’ and the concept of stepping into our fears, as our actions build our confidence (rather than the other way around).

We’ll look at some specific frameworks like WOOP, giving you the tools to go beyond typical positive thinking frameworks and execute in a realistic way. Finally, we’ll talk about learning and growing through soliciting feedback, having difficult conversations, and finding help when you need it.

Goals:

  • Reframe your mindset around stress to view it positively

  • Strengthen your self-belief through frameworks like the growth mindset, 80/20 upskilling, and the pro mindset

  • Apply tools like the bold action rule, WOOP, and the stress of loss to execute in challenging situations and turn stress into a source of strength

  • Increase your courage and confidence by learning to step into fear, handle difficult conversations, find help, and solicit feedback

In the previous modules, we covered a lot of ground across our identity, productivity, and antifragility. Now, it’s time to go deeper into some of these areas.

We’ll be using the 80/20 rule to look at how to optimize some of the previous frameworks we covered across the domains of health, wealth, and relationships, prioritizing three major areas for each domain so that we can get the biggest return in each area. We’ll be looking at frameworks like CPR to build better connections, as well as making a plan to optimize aspects of our health and wealth to help us perform at our best.

Finally, we’ll be focusing on reshaping our personal story. The most powerful force either driving us toward our goals or holding us back is the story we tell ourselves—how we think of and describe ourselves, what we’re afraid of, and how we approach our life.

Goals:

  • Create an 80/20 approach to becoming your best self in the 3 life domains of health, wealth, and relationships

  • Implement the most important components of sleep, movement, and nutrition to optimize your health

  • Make a plan for wealth around focusing on the right things, saving, and investing

  • Build better relationships with yourself and others and grow your network of connections via the CPR technique

  • Create a new story about yourself to build momentum toward the future and fortify your courage and confidence

Eric Partaker

Head Coach & Founder

For years I didn’t feel balanced. I often felt overworked. And my success felt inconsistent.

Then through a process of marginal gains, I re-engineered my approach to work and life.

I began researching evidence-based studies in psychology, neuroscience, habit change, leadership, and peak performance. I completed several coaching certifications, including a coaching certification and apprenticeship with Professor BJ Fogg, who leads Stanford University’s Behavior Design Lab.

Implementing what I had learned, I started to show up at my best, not just on the work front, but also the health and home fronts. I began to produce far more, with much less effort. And I was able to maintain my success consistently, no matter what came my way.

Over the years I’ve advised Fortune 50 CEOs while at McKinsey & Company, helped build Skype’s multi-billion dollar success story, and built several of my own businesses.

Along the way I’ve been recognized as the “CEO of the Year” at the 2019 BEF Awards, and one of the “Top 30 Entrepreneurs in the UK” by Startups Magazine, with several mainstream TV and press features including The EconomistCNN, and The Wall Street Journal, as well as a guest judging appearance on The Apprentice.

I also understand what it’s like to persevere through crisis. Over the last 20 years I’ve fought in the trenches, navigating three major downturns, each time emerging stronger as a result.

Now I’m on a mission to help others become all they’re capable of being, despite the challenges we can’t control.

What Others Have To Say

"I've realized amazing results within a few weeks of joining the program. I am more focused today than before, with better energy and mood, and improved relationships."

FAQs

The Peak Performance Program is an advanced online training proven to help people reach their goals and live life to their fullest potential. But it isn’t right for everyone. Here are a few questions and answers so you can make the best decision for yourself.

It’s an advanced online training program specifically designed to help ANYONE unlock their full potential in every area of their life.

The program consists of 6 modules with over 60 lessons’ worth of video content with accompanying exercises to practice what you’ve learned.

It’s designed to be completed in 5 weeks with a time investment of 60-90 minutes per week, but you can complete it at the pace that works for you.

The Peak Performance Program was specifically built around the research-backed concepts you need to know and implement in your life to see immense gains across your work, health, and personal relationships. While there are many productivity books, courses, and resources out there, this program focuses on the practical application of the most important core elements you need to know so that you can start making real changes immediately.

Whether you’re looking to gain clarity on your next steps, achieve seemingly unattainable business or personal goals, take your health to new heights, overcome procrastination, or experience more fulfilling relationships, the Peak Performance Program will help you make it your reality.

The insights and practical strategies you’ll learn are the same ones I used to overcome my own tendencies toward procrastination, perfectionism, and lack of balance in my life that I struggled with earlier in my career. I’ve been researching this topic for years, including studying with the well-known behavioral scientist BJ Fogg, and have found out what works.

I’ve now shared these strategies and insights with a wide range of clients to help them become more successful.

These include everyone from CEOs and leaders of billion-dollar companies to founders and solopreneurs just starting out and individuals who simply want to reach the next level, become more productive, and lead a more fulfilling life.

Everyone–including me–wants to unlock their full potential and become the best possible version of themselves.

That’s why I created a program that combines the right guidance and support so you can beat the odds and achieve the growth, freedom, and balance you deserve.

Here’s the truth: much of what’s out there about performance improvement is flat-out wrong!

Many of the people teaching it don’t care if you reach your potential in every area of your life—they focus on one domain, like work.

Many programs also rehash the same old stuff with no new insights, and some coaches are packaging up content they’ve read or heard—but haven’t actually lived—and then turning around and selling it to you.

The Peak Performance Program is based on up-to-date scientific research and current, real-world, in-the-trenches experience with the concepts that are being taught.

I’m not telling you what I’ve read or heard somewhere.

I’m showing you what it takes to succeed in the real world today across all of the domains that matter in your life. It’s the same set of concepts and frameworks I use personally, every day, and it’s what I share with my $75,000-per-year, one-on-one clients.

My goal in creating this program was to make what I’ve learned as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.

To achieve this, I decided to create a self-paced program that will work for people in many different situations.

While you won’t have direct access to me during the program, based on the results I’ve seen from previous cohorts, I am confident the lessons and worksheets will help you take concrete steps toward achieving your full potential.

I also encourage you to reach out to other Peak Performance alumni: we have a network of enthusiasts who are actively practicing these concepts in their daily lives.

This program is going to help you “do”, not just learn.

You’ll learn through my proprietary model developed through my 20+ years of researching, succeeding, failing, and working in the trenches.

The same insights and practical steps helped me advise Fortune 50 CEOs, build Skype’s $2 billion exit to eBay, and hire over 2,000 employees as a CEO.

The same practical steps helped me get recognized as the “CEO of the Year” and one of the “Top 30 Entrepreneurs” in the country.

I don’t do theory. If you want to reach your full potential, it’s about taking action.

That’s what I’m going to help you do.

You’ll learn practical steps you can implement to experience benefits immediately.

Everything is based on cutting-edge research (like behavioral science from Stanford University) and world-class work experiences that have been battle-tested and proven.

The real question is “How long are you willing to wait to live your life to your fullest potential?”.

If you follow our suggested schedule, the program is designed to take you 5 weeks with 60-90 minutes of coursework per week. Everything is delivered online—no travel time required.

It’s a self-paced program, so feel free to also design a schedule that works for you. Based on the science of adult learning, all of the lessons are short and designed for maximum impact.

With this program, remember that you’re never truly finished; you’re going to be learning practical action steps that you can incorporate into your daily life and work for years to come.

You have so little to lose and your full potential to gain.

A better set of questions might be:

“What if it DOES work for me?”

“What if I can begin to live my healthiest, wealthiest, most loving life?”

“What will it feel like to wake up every day excited to face challenges and to know I’m equipped to use everyday stressors to my advantage?”

“What would it be like to have a tangible, proven plan to achieve the goals I’ve been putting off for far too long?”

“What would be different if I could show up at my best in both work and life and to feel that I’m becoming all that I’m capable of being?”

I’d love to have you join the Peak Performance Program and begin unlocking your goals: to join that estimated 2% of people operating at their full potential.

I look forward to being a part of your journey!
